Bot Management Page Overview
Navigate the Bot Management dashboard to monitor performance metrics, filter strategies, and manage multiple trading bots from a centralized interface.
The Bot Management page is your command center for monitoring and controlling all automated trading strategies. This dashboard provides real-time performance metrics, quick access to bot configurations, and tools for managing multiple strategies simultaneously.
Dashboard Metrics
The top of the page displays four key performance indicators that summarize your overall bot portfolio performance.
Total Bots shows how many bots you've created, including both active and inactive bots. This count excludes archived bots by default unless you toggle the Show Archived option.
Active Bots indicates how many bots are currently listening for signals and executing trades. This number should match your expectations based on which strategies you want running. If it's lower than expected, some bots may have hit daily loss caps or been paused.
Avg Win Rate displays the success percentage across all your bots' trades. This is calculated by dividing winning trades by total trades. A higher win rate suggests your strategies are more reliable, though this metric should be viewed alongside profit factor and risk:reward ratios.
Total P&L shows your cumulative profit or loss across all bot activity. Green numbers indicate overall profitability, while red shows losses. This is your net result including all fees, commissions, and slippage tracked by the platform.
Table Controls
Below the metrics dashboard, several controls help you find and filter bots.
The search bar lets you filter by bot name or ticker symbol. This is particularly useful when managing many bots or looking for all strategies trading a specific underlying asset like SPY or QQQA.
View toggles switch between table and card layouts. The table view shows more data in a compact format, while the card view provides a visual representation that's easier to scan when you have fewer bots.
Status filter lets you view all bots, only active bots, or only inactive/paused bots. This helps you focus on what needs attention without scrolling through bots that aren't currently trading.
Type filter segments bots by strategy type if you've categorized them. This organizational feature becomes valuable as your number of bots grows.
Show Archived checkbox toggles visibility of archived bots. By default this is off, keeping your workspace clean and focused on active strategies.
Performance Tags
The table includes quick-scan tags that highlight bot performance status.
Needs Attention appears on bots that have hit daily loss caps, have validation warnings, or have been underperforming recently. This tag helps you prioritize which bots to review first.
Top Performers identifies your best-performing bots based on win rate, profit factor, or other success metrics. These are your strategies worth analyzing and potentially scaling up.
Table Columns
The Bot Management table displays essential information for each strategy in a scannable format.
Name shows your bot's descriptive label. Click the name to view detailed performance analytics and trade history for that specific bot. The small arrow indicates you can expand the row for additional information.
Symbol displays the underlying ticker this bot trades. This helps you quickly see your exposure across different assets.
Signal shows which webhook from your Signal Library powers this bot. This column links back to the signal configuration, making it easy to verify your signal settings or copy the webhook URL.
7-Day Trend provides a mini chart showing recent performance trajectory. Upward trends indicate improving results, while downward trends suggest the strategy may need adjustment or the market environment has shifted.
Health summarizes the bot's current operational status with a colored badge and percentage. Green badges with high percentages like "86% win rate - performing well" indicate healthy strategies. Yellow or red badges highlight issues like "performing below target" or "daily loss cap hit."
Win Rate shows the exact success percentage for this specific bot. Sort this column to identify your most and least reliable strategies.
Streak displays the bot's current run of consecutive wins or losses, shown as a colored badge like "4 W" for four wins or "8 W" for eight wins. Long win streaks suggest consistent strategy performance, while loss streaks may indicate the strategy needs attention or market conditions have changed unfavorably.
Status indicates whether the bot is active and accepting signals. The status badge colors (blue for active) provide at-a-glance monitoring of which bots are currently trading.
Today P&L shows profit or loss for the current trading day. Green values indicate profitable days, while red shows losses. This resets at the start of each trading day.
Total P&L displays cumulative profit or loss since the bot was created. This is your lifetime performance metric for each strategy. Sort this column to see which bots have made or lost the most money over their entire history.
Actions Menu
Each bot row includes an actions menu with icons for common operations.
Copy bot details lets you quickly reference the bot's configuration or share settings with other traders.
View performance opens detailed analytics showing trade history, equity curve, drawdown periods, and other performance metrics.
Share bot generates a shareable image of that bots performance.
Edit settings opens the bot configuration interface where you can modify strategy parameters, risk controls, or trading schedules.
Archive bot removes the bot from your active view while preserving its configuration and trade history.
Bulk Operations
The checkbox column on the left lets you select multiple bots for bulk actions.
Share All generates a shareable image of all your active bots performance metrics.
Export All generates a file containing settings and performance data for selected bots. This supports external analysis or record-keeping requirements.
Import allows you to upload bot configurations created elsewhere or previously exported. This simplifies migrating strategies between accounts or restoring archived configurations.
Real-Time Updates
The Bot Management page updates in real-time as bots execute trades and market conditions change. You don't need to refresh the page to see the latest P&L, win rates, or status changes.
Performance metrics reflect trades as they complete. When a bot closes a position, the win rate, P&L, and streak values update immediately to reflect the new trade outcome.
Status badges change automatically when bots hit daily loss caps, validation warnings appear, or operational issues arise. This ensures you're always viewing current information without manual monitoring.
Navigation and Workflow
The Bot Management page serves as your main hub for strategy oversight. From here, you can create new bots, edit existing configurations, monitor real-time performance, and access detailed analytics for any strategy.
Most traders keep this page open during market hours to monitor active strategies and respond quickly to performance changes. The real-time updates and performance tags make it easy to spot strategies needing attention.
Use the dashboard metrics to track overall portfolio health, then drill down into specific bots using the table filters and sort controls. The combination of high-level overview and detailed bot-level data gives you complete visibility into your automated trading operation.
Mobile and Desktop Views
The Bot Management interface adapts to different screen sizes. On desktop, you get the full table view with all columns visible. On mobile devices, the interface switches to a card-based layout that's easier to navigate on smaller screens while maintaining access to all essential functions.
Regardless of device, you have full access to create, edit, and monitor bots. The actions menu and filtering controls remain accessible, ensuring you can manage your strategies from anywhere.
