RelayDesk
For Discord and Whop community owners

Give your members execution, not just calls.

Your Discord calls become signals. Each member's bot executes them in their own broker, inside limits they set. You add a premium tier. We handle the setup.

Member success

Members who can act on your calls stay engaged.

Most members miss calls because they're at work. Their bot doesn't.

  • On time

Calls become orders in under 50ms, not after a member finishes a meeting.

  • Inside their limits

Position size and daily loss caps are the member's, checked on every order.

  • Paper first

New members can follow in paper mode on supported brokers before going live.

Questions community owners ask

How do you automate a trading community’s signals to members’ brokers?

RelayDesk installs a Discord bot in your server and learns how each creator posts calls. The parser is tested on real calls before it goes live. Calls that match a learned format become structured signals; RelayDesk checks each one against the member’s own limits and routes it to that member’s own connected broker. Creators can also send signals through a signed webhook.

Is RelayDesk a broker-dealer or investment advisor?

No. RelayDesk is a software platform, not a broker-dealer and not a registered investment advisor. RelayDesk does not provide investment advice, does not recommend trades, and does not select or curate which signals a member follows. Every trade routes to a broker the member chose and connected themselves.

Who is responsible if a trade loses money?

The member. Every trade executes in that member’s own brokerage account, under position and loss limits the member set. RelayDesk executes what a member’s connected signal source and risk settings specify, it does not manage member funds or make trading decisions on a member’s behalf, and it is not responsible for trading outcomes. Trading involves risk, and members are solely responsible for their own trades.

Does RelayDesk hold or manage member funds?

No. RelayDesk connects to a member’s broker through secure OAuth, not API keys, and never holds, moves, or withdraws funds. Money stays in the member’s own account at all times, and members keep full control of their positions.

Does RelayDesk place trades automatically once a member follows a community?

Yes, within the member’s own settings. A member chooses to add the community’s bot, starts it in paper mode on supported brokers, and decides when to switch it to live. Every order is checked against that member’s position limits, and their daily loss cap stops new entries once it is hit.

Which brokers does RelayDesk support for community signals?

RelayDesk currently executes live trades through Alpaca, Tradier, Public.com, Charles Schwab, tastytrade, and Moomoo. Paper trading uses your broker’s own paper account, where the broker offers one.

What is the risk engine, and how does it protect members?

The risk engine runs on every signal before it reaches the broker. It applies per-account position size caps and a daily loss cap, and it blocks or trims any order that would breach those limits. This is what separates RelayDesk from a plain signal-to-broker pipe, which forwards an order without knowing the member’s account or limits.

Can members test RelayDesk before trading real money?

Yes. Community bots start in paper mode on supported brokers. Members see how each call would trade, and only switch to live when they are ready.

What kinds of signals can RelayDesk execute?

Calls a creator posts in Discord, in the formats RelayDesk has learned from that creator’s history, plus structured signals sent through a signed webhook. Casual conversation and messages that do not match a learned call format never trigger an order. Image-only posts are not read.

How do community owners work with RelayDesk?

Community owners can partner with RelayDesk as a commercial partner; terms are agreed with each community. Named analysts behind the signals get recognition and reach rather than cash commission, which keeps the arrangement clear of adviser-style compensation obligations. Community owners and analysts never manage member funds or place trades on a member’s behalf. Each member connects and controls their own broker account, and the risk of any trade stays with that member, not with RelayDesk, the community, or its analysts.

What does RelayDesk cost?

Every member's first plan starts with a 30-day free trial of that plan, credit card required. If they don't cancel, it continues on the plan they chose: Basic at $49.99, Advanced at $99.99 (the recommended tier), or Pro at $249.99 per month.
