How to Archive a Signal
Archiving removes a signal from your active Signal Library without permanently deleting its history. This keeps your workspace clean while preserving the signal's data for future reference or restoration.

When to Archive a Signal
Archive signals when you're no longer using a particular strategy but want to keep its historical data. This is common when testing multiple approaches and narrowing down to your best performers, or when taking a strategy offline for seasonal market conditions.
You should also archive signals before deleting them permanently. Archiving lets you verify that no bots are still connected and gives you time to redirect any external webhooks to new endpoints.
Archiving a Signal
In the Signal Library, locate the signal you want to archive. In the Actions column on the right side of the table, click the trash/archive icon. The signal immediately moves out of your active Signal Library view.
What Happens When You Archive
Archived signals no longer appear in your main Signal Library by default. This declutters your active workspace and makes it easier to focus on strategies you're currently trading.
The webhook URL becomes inactive, so any signals sent to that endpoint will not trigger trades. This prevents unwanted executions if you forget to disconnect the webhook from your signal provider.
All bots remain connected in the system but will not receive new signals from this source. Historical signal data is preserved, so you can review the signal's performance even after archiving.
Viewing and Restoring Archived Signals
Toggle the Show Archived option in the Signal Library to view signals you've archived. From this view, you can restore signals back to active status or permanently delete them if you're certain you won't need them again.
Restoring an archived signal reactivates its webhook URL and reconnects it to all previously connected bots. This makes it easy to resume a strategy without reconfiguring everything from scratch.
Before You Archive
Check that all bots connected to this signal have alternative signal sources if needed. Archiving immediately stops all trade execution from this webhook, so make sure this won't interrupt active strategies running on connected bots.
If you're archiving a signal to switch to a different ticker or strategy approach, consider creating the new signal first and connecting your bots before archiving the old one. This ensures uninterrupted signal flow during the transition.
